SMART lock
A personalized code will be sent to you just prior to your booking. Enter the number into the smart lock, and give the door a gentle push- it's can be a bit stiff.
turn Water on
The water main may be turned off when you enter the condo. On the laundry room wall, turn the red lever all the way to the left (it may take some muscle). Then turn the water heater breaker to the right.
Air conditioner
To increase or decrease the temperature, tap screen of the T5 Smart Thermostat, and the plus or minus symbol to the right and left of the temperature reading. If you have change the mode from air to heat, tap the Mode button to the left of the temperature. Do not turn the temperature outside of 65*- 74* F.
VERTICAL BLINDS
The vertical blinds must be in the open position (perpendicular to the window) in order to drawn them open or close them fully across the window. To turn the blinds to the open position, use the metal chain. Then use the rope to draw the blinds completely open. Demonstration: https://youtu.be/EwvAZT11kc4
SMART TVS
The TVs have Chromecast, a technology that allows you to watch TV through the streaming apps on your phone. Make sure your phone is connected to the condo wifi. Inside the streaming app app, tap the cast button. More instructions can be found here: https://youtu.be/zCap62P6qGg
SMART TV in Living room
In addition to Chromecast, the 65 inch smart tv in the living room comes with Samsung Plus TV, over 200 channels of sports, music, and entertainment. Through the app center, you may sign in to your own streaming accounts, such as Showtime, HBO, etc. Please sign out before you leave.
Garbage DIsposal
Please do not put fruit cores and pits, corn cobs and husks, meats, fish and fish scales, grease and oil, vegetable peels, egg shells, artichokes, and coffee grounds down the disposal. They will break the disposal and result in a $100 fee.
WASHER-DRYER
Please only use provided laundry detergent
pods in the washing machine.
parking
There is dedicated parking in front of the condo building for unit 201 E. If you park in this designated spot, you don't have to use the parking tag. Additional parking is available in the visitor spots. If you choose to park in the visitor spots, you must use the parking tag. Don't forget to return the parking tag when you leave, there is a $100 fee if it is not returned by checkout.
outdoor furniture
The wind on the patio can easily pick up the cushions and blow them into the lake, so the cushions are stored in the brown storage box on the side patio. There is a small pin holding the box closed. Feel free to remove and use the cushions during your stay, just be sure to store them when you aren't using them and put them back in the box secured before you leave.
